Customer Contract Services

Soag understands that it is difficult for many companies in the manufacturing sector to have access to the critical skills required to support their daily operations. This can be as a result of having to downsize your operation, employee turnover, holidays, absenteeism, etc.
Soag Customer Contract Services provide you with a wide range of support services to choose from, going well beyond the traditional pre-sale or warranty support already offered. These services are offered on a paid basis in a method that is right for your business - either "Pay as you go" or "Service Contracts" that cover a specified time scale. Each method provides peace of mind in the knowledge that support is close at hand.

Preventative Maintenance

Soag Preventative Maintenance contracts offer scheduled machine check-ups to assure maximum uptime and extend the life of your machine. This service is offered to new or existing customers.
A maintenance contract for a new machine begins the moment the machine is installed in your facility.

For existing machines, we will come to your facility to evaluate the machine, determine what is required to bring it up to the original manufacturer’s specification pointing out all of the work necessary. Once the machine is brought up to specification, Soag will perform all of the required Preventative Maintenance during the contract period. Soag will also track the performance of your machine, based on machine manufacturer’s specifications, to ensure that the machine performs to the best of its ability.

Included in the Preventative Maintenance agreement:
