services to choose from, going well beyond the traditional pre-sale or
warranty support already offered. These services are offered on a paid
basis in a method that is right for your business - either "Pay as you
go" or "Service Contracts" that cover a specified time scale. Each
method provides peace of mind in the knowledge that support is close at

A maintenance contract for a new machine begins the moment the machine
is installed in your facility.
existing machines, we will come to your facility to evaluate the
machine, determine what is required to bring it up to the original
manufacturer’s specification pointing out all of the work necessary.
Once the machine is brought up to specification, Soag will perform all
of the required Preventative Maintenance during the contract period.
Soag will also track the performance of your machine, based on machine
manufacturer’s specifications, to ensure that the machine performs to
the best of its ability.

Compilation of machine condition report and log
Advice and recommendations to avoid future machine problems
Completion of Soag service checklist every 3 months
Monthly discussions with customer regarding machine
3 monthly backup of all machine data
Priority for service engineers callouts
