Future Line - The Universal series
The machines of the Future Line are the flexible
“all-rounders” among the standard machines. They can
handle reciprocation grinding, creep feed grinding
as well as profile grinding tasks.
Based on the
well-proven
Microgranit
base all the axes are equipped with linear guideways
and ball screw drives, which can additionally be
equipped with glass scales as option.
These machines are available with a grinding width
of up to 750 mm and a grinding length of up to 2000
mm.
Dressing may be done by head mounted straight
dressers or table mounted dressers, which in turn
can be fixed dressers or diamond roll dressing
devices. These may be used either individually or in
combination.

Machines of the
Future Line series are equipped with the
Siemens
STC
control unit and thereby make it quick and easy to
get started easily grinding profiles. The Future
Line of machines can be upgraded in steps using
various accessories such as indexers and clamping
fixtures as well as the
Siemens 840D
control to handle more complex grinding tasks.
